Returns
We do our best to make sure that you get the best possible customer support so if you a problem just email us - mail@immenotyou.co.uk and we will try and sort your problem out.
If you you just want to return your shoes for a refund then we only charge for the original postage, email us and we will explain what to do - please note that footwear must be unworn and in a resellable condition.
If you wish to return footwear for an alternate size, drop us an email to arrange an exchange, you will have to post your pair back at your own expense but your new pair will be posted free of charge once we have received the original pair - please note that footwear must be unworn and in a resellable condition.
All footwear that is sent back is subject to postage fees and you will have to post footwear at your own expense when returning.
Refunds on orders that are placed monthly on Facebook i.e not from current stock available from the online shop on the website will be charged their deposit instead of postage fees, exchanges
Faulty/Damages
All our footwear is manufactured to the highest level and we also give it the once over before selling, should you be unhappy with your footwear then we can by all means send them back to the manufacturer for quality assurance testing this can take 2-4 weeks.
Once they have been tested you may be granted a refund dependant on the manufacturers decision - The manufacturers decision is final.
All items are sent by standard parcel and sent to your address listed in on your paypal unless you specify otherwise, if you need them fast then email us quickly and we can arrange for your item to be sent by your prefered method.
Any questions (no matter how crazy) feel free to ask - we will answer all questions quickly and honestly.
